1. General provisions

These terms govern the use of the Sun City Hotel & Spa Naftalan website and the booking of accommodation and services through it. By using the site or making a booking, you accept these terms.

2. Bookings and confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed once you receive a written confirmation by email or SMS. Prices shown at the time of booking are final and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Payment

Payment can be made online by card, by bank transfer, or at the hotel on arrival, depending on the rate selected. Special-offer rates may require prepayment, which is stated at the time of booking.

4. Cancellations and changes

Standard bookings can be changed or cancelled free of charge up to 72 hours before the arrival date. Later cancellations or no-shows may be charged the first night. Special-offer rates carry their own conditions.

5. Medical services

Naftalan treatments are medical procedures and are provided only after a consultation with our physicians. The hotel may decline or adjust procedures where contraindications are identified. Treatment recommendations do not replace your own doctor's advice.

6. Guest responsibilities

Guests are asked to respect house rules, quiet hours, and the safety instructions of the medical staff. The hotel may charge for damage to property caused by a guest.

7. Liability and changes to these terms

The hotel is not liable for circumstances beyond its reasonable control. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page at the time of your booking applies.
